How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location. You can track your order anytime from My Account → Orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, UPI, Credit / Debit Card and Net Banking.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes — unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Just contact us with your order number and we will help you out.
How do I track my order?
Log in and go to My Account → Orders. Each order shows a live delivery tracker: Processing → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered.
Do you deliver to my city?
We currently deliver across 25+ cities in India and are expanding fast. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm delivery.
How do I create an account?
